.100" (2.54mm) Rectangular Connectors

.100" (2.54mm) connectors are by far the most popular size of electronics connector currently in use. They're found in nearly every variety of electronic equipment from personal computers to radio control helicopters, and are very useful for electronics prototyping, general wiring, and low-cost circuit design. Unless you need something much smaller, or have to handle higher currents, there really isn't much reason to use a different size of connector. Below you'll find enough types and sizes of terminals, housings, and headers to satisfy most project needs.

Gold Terminals for .100" Rectangular Housings and Universal & Futaba J Servo Connectors

These terminals fit all of the .100" housings sold below (as well as the servo connectors sold here). Both female and male terminals fit into the same housings (there aren't two genders of housing). Gold plating gives these terminals the ability to withstand high wear in abusive environments and handle large currents with very low contact resistance. We also sell crimping tools for these terminals. Please note that these female and male terminals will NOT work with our .100" Latching Polarized (LP) Connectors.

The housings below will accept both the female and male terminals sold above. These housings are not "sleeved" in any way, so the male terminals will protrude from the end of the housing.
